Support Channels

Our Support Team is online weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 10am to 3pm ET – and other times periodically.

We strive to resolve urgent issues as quickly as possible and reply to non-urgent requests within 1 business day.

Use the Help Desk to submit a request / question. The entire team monitors this to be able to serve you better.

 

We do not monitor personal Facebook or SMS text messages.

We use the following methods to communicate and provide support for our players:

  • Email Newsletter – you receive regular updates on the important news you need to know
  • MaxDarts Blog – you can see all the important news on our blog available 24/7
  • Help Desk – premium support for members. Easily find the answers to your questions or submit a question.
  • Facebook Group – league & tournament group where the entire community can help each other
  • After Hours Emergency Phone Number – Call 416-346-0654 for urgent support during your matches
