(D) The Cosmo Fit Shaft made from Super Duralumin, a lightweight aluminium alloy, making them very hard wearing. These size 1 spinning duralumin stems have a rounded top to allow the flight to rotate and the normal stem profile tapers from the bottom of the shaft to where it meets the flight. The given length of these size 1 super duralumin stems is what is visible when the dart is fully assembled.
